These Terms and Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and pak809 governing all use of the pak809 platform, including account registration, gameplay, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and all related services.

3.3 Single Account Eligibility. Eligibility to hold a pak809 Account is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this restriction — including through the use of VPNs or proxy services to mask identity — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.4 Mental Capacity. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, of sound mind, and not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment or decision-making capacity.
4.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the pak809 account registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 Identity Verification (KYC). pak809 is required by its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request and may be required at any point during a Player's account lifecycle. Acceptable identification documents include:

Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent identity documentation constitutes fraud. pak809 will close any account found to have used fraudulent documentation, void all associated balances and winnings, and where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.
4.4 Verification Timeline. pak809 will use reasonable endeavours to complete KYC verification within 72 hours of receiving a complete and legible set of requested documents. Withdrawal requests remain pending until verification is complete. pak809 is not liable for delays attributable to incomplete or illegible documentation submitted by the Player.
4.5 Account Updates. Players must promptly update their account information if any registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawal processing or account restriction.
5.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak809 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pak809 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
5.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pak809 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your pak809 account. pak809 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the account upon receiving such notification.
5.3 No Account Sharing. pak809 accounts are for the exclusive use of the registered account holder. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, nor permit any third party to access or use your account. pak809 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account credential sharing by the Player.
6.1 Accepted Methods. pak809 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at pak809's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
6.2 Currency. The pak809 Platform operates natively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
6.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. You must not use another person's payment method to fund your pak809 account without that person's explicit consent. Using a payment method in another person's name may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
6.4 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your pak809 account within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. pak809 is not liable for deposit delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
6.5 No Credit Facility. pak809 does not offer any credit facility. Players may only wager funds that are present in their Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance at the time of placing a bet.
7.1 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is technically impossible due to the nature of the payment method. pak809 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified methods at its discretion.
7.2 KYC Prerequisite. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. pak809 will not process withdrawals from accounts that have not passed identity verification, regardless of the amount requested.
7.3 Processing Time. pak809 will process approved withdrawal requests within 1 to 5 business days of the request being submitted and approved. Actual receipt of funds by the Player is subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution or payment service provider.
7.4 Withdrawal Verification. pak809 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a risk management and anti-money laundering obligation under the Company's international licensing requirements.
7.5 Bonus Balance Restrictions. Bonus balance funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the account upon withdrawal of the Real Money Balance where required by the bonus terms.
8.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by pak809 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. 8.2 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for the relevant bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
8.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through separate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. pak809 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing bets that exploit bonus terms through low-risk coverage betting strategies, and collusion with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
8.5 "No Deposit" and Free Bonus Offers. Where pak809 offers no-deposit bonuses or free credits, these are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free bonuses that exceed the stated maximum cashout limit are not withdrawable.
9.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the pak809 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
9.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, software bug, or game interruption that affects the integrity of a game round, pak809 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.
9.3 Disconnection Policy. pak809 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider, device, or network. 12.2 Balance Upon Closure. In the event that pak809 closes an account for reasons other than Player misconduct or breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of any active Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method. Where account closure follows a finding of misconduct or breach, pak809 reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation.
12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pak809 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
13.1 All content on the pak809 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, user interface designs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of pak809 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak809 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No other rights in respect of the pak809 Platform or its content are granted to you.
13.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the pak809 Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from pak809.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak809 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pak809 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
14.2 pak809's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 pak809 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled technical issues may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit pak809's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak809 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the pak809 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable licensing body dispute resolution procedures.
15.3 Player Complaints. All formal complaints relating to pak809 accounts, payments, or gameplay should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. pak809 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
16.1 pak809 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pak809 will provide registered Players with reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to their account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.
16.2 The effective date of any amendment will be stated on the updated Terms and Conditions page. Your continued use of the pak809 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
16.3 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 12.2.
